This is a short review about latest version of INKSCAPE software. A good free software for working with vector images is INKSCAPE. It is very professional and similar in many aspects, to pay software like Corel Draw or FreeHand. We know working with vectors means working not at the level of raster but with lines, curves, points and polygons in which can be applied shades, colors and more.
